This has improved my overall confidence as well. Special shout-out to Nada - she’s simply the best! Her classes are fun, invigorating and leave you feeling revitalized. She accompanies the restorative poses with positive affirmations in her soothing voice. I especially look forward to her classes.

Yoga is a great way to connect the mind, body and soul and I look forward to Nidhi’s morning classes to start my day. Each of her classes have a meaningful theme, balanced with intensity/ power that makes it holistic experience.
Ingrid’s restore classes are also the best. -

The instructor Nada is more than amazing, she is very talented. She is my main reason I keep renewing my membership 😁

From the moment I entered her studio, a sense of calm enveloped me, and she continued to provide a peaceful and serene experience throughout the session. I highly recommend booking a session with her, as her expertise in movement, body, and spirit is unmatched.

(March 21, 2023, 9:53 pm)Absolutely love all of the classes and instructors but Nidhi’s class is one YOU CANNOT MISS. When I say it’s an experience… I mean it. She has a way of leading you through the class, speaking to your soul, pushing you (but in the sweetest way) yet staying with you and your pace the entire time. I walk out feeling light as a feather, and still stronger than ever. I also feel positive, upbeat and just great in general. The morning classes are totally worth the early wake up (she does teach some evening classes also so give those a try if you can) - I can’t say enough good things.
