I was so miserable at the last place I was at; I felt everyone there was rude & judgmental.I figured this was how it was and I would never find any place better unless I payed a lot of $$ out of pocket.
How wrong I was!
Dr. Fradkin's office is literally AMAZING! From the Receptionist to the wonderful people in billing to the drs! I have never been at a place where I felt listened to, where I feel everyone is so nice, understanding and NON JUDGMENTAL!
I currently see Michael Feldman. I never had such an insightful, caring Psychiatrist. He actually listens to me! He wants to see me feel and get better; I legit cried after my first session because I was so happy.Finally, I knew I was in a safe place to talk honestly about medications & how I was feeling etc.
I finally feel I am getting the help I need. Thank you to everyone there (especially Michael Feldman) for everything you have & continue to do for me!
