Jack is my family’s trusted mechanic, he does great work keeping our Volvo in top shape, he specializes in European cars and his customers come from all over Long Island. I spoke to some of his clients, and they told me they’ve been with Jack for years. Anytime you pass by you’ll see very high end cars in his garage, but he doesn’t treat my 15 year old Volvo any different. Thanks Jack for all the hard work you do, we’re lucky to have you in the neighborhood.

I came here at least 5 time in the past two years. Repaired a lot of problems and did several oil changes of my car. Jack and staffs are very nice. Its a great things I can find and trust this place to take care of my car. Highly recommend to everyone.

Don't listen to the 1 star reviews left by competitors. Jack has gone through official mechanic training programs for BMW and Mercedes Benz. I drove my BMW e93 335is up from Florida and hit some bad potholes. Within 2 days, these guys were able to get the dents out, scratches repaired and tires realigned so my rims were looking brand new (photos to come). He's also helped me to diagnose some ignition coil issues. I was a bit skeptical about such a young team of guys working on my car but in talking to Jack I knew I was in the right place.
Out the gate, Jack is focused and professional. He values your time and will get your problems fixed with as little fuss in as little time as possible. He is not a salesman. He will tell you as honestly as he can what he thinks the problem is and what his recommended steps are but he won't push you to make a decision. However, if you have the time and are curious, Jack can talk your ear off about his process, tools and experience. He works on some pretty cool high end cars and he's happy to share his passion for his work if you have the time to listen. The guys at Z&P all share this passion.
At the end of the day, I would rather have someone who is as enthusiastic as I am about cars work on my cars, especially when compared to someone who is primarily focused on how many hours they can bill before they leave. Great neat quick work from a team of certified techs, at a fraction of the price at dealership. No wonder all his scared competitors are leaving terribly written 1 star reviews.
