Jessica really helps and makes youyfully understand the whole process and everything. I feel so much better and it's only been a month and I'm down over 20lbs. I highly recommend everyone to try it. You will not regret it.

After years of struggling with weight issues, health problems and insomnia, with just a few months on the program and the Doctors extensive testing, I'm a completely different person! Their program is easy to follow and Jessica has been there every step of the way! I have now started the cryo sessions and could not be happier!

(April 11, 2019, 11:09 pm)The support and encouragement from Jessica Abreu is amazing.. In 4 weeks I am down 14.5 pounds, which I know if I was just dieting myself the outcome wouldn’t be as good. They also do extensive blood work as part of the plan which is very good in helping you find out things that normally your own doctor doesn’t check for.. The doctor there also goes over your results and explains what you should do to become a more healthier you. It’s not just about losing weight it’s about learning how to eat healthy.. It took me awhile to join the program but I’m so glad I finally did.
