I really like this clinic. I've been getting my teeth here for a few years now. I am very pleased with everything. Doctors are good too! Thanks to the doctors Anastasiya, Alina. And also to other employees and the dental cleaning department, thanks to Galina. Also great job and reception /registration - always great job!
The staffs are very friendly. The appointment time is very prompt. The equipments are high tech.
I have been going to Family Smile Dental for quite a few years now. Usually, Dr. Suler (she listens well, and addresses any concerns I may have, and understands my severe averse to needles; she is exceptional) is my dentist, but on occasion i have had other dentists. Today, I had Dr. Alina. I was also impressed with her. She, too, listened to my concerns and treated me well. She is everything you would want from a dentist and more. I had a cleaning done by their hygienist Olga. She did a very good job (meaning it was pain-free 😁 ) and she also gave me good advice on caring for my teeth. Overall, Family Smile Dental and their staff are the best dental service [they have two clinics and they are both outstanding). They are professional and also warm and caring.
She was very helpful, compassion, patience and went above to communicate with me. I’m hard of hearing so communicate at ease is important to me. She’s very good at what she does!!! Bed side manner is extremely important as well as her job! She excelled in both!! Highly recommended
I was seen as a walk in. The doctors & staff was very friendly and accommodating! They are very efficient and the office is super clean. They will make you want to come back again and again!! Everything went smooth from beginning to end. Thank you all.
