I don't understand some of the bad reviews; this place is awesome. What a pleasurable experience. Firstly, you need to know that this is a used, not a new, dealership. They are an exclusive Jeep dealer with plenty of models to choose from. Although, I did see some LandRovers and pickups on the lot. You need to know how to check over a used car or truck. Do your research. I picked out a beautifully kept 2009 Commander and Don was extremely helpful in going over the vehicle with me. In fact, he went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. New brake pads, tires, and muffler were installed for me. Even a replacement oil pan was put on when I said it didn't look right. You see, they will only fixup the vehicle after you commit. Otherwise, they spend a lot on trucks that don't sell right away. I understand this way of business. The loan procedure was a little unconventional from what I am used to. (This may be the source of negativity from some.) New dealers handle the particulars for you. I had to get the loan myself, but Don was very proficient in the process and referred me to Suffolk Credit Union. There, I received an amazing rate. After getting the insurance binder from Allstate and finalizing the loan with SCU, I brought the check to Don. The Jeep was ready and waiting for me, cleaned and detailed with plates on. I couldn't be happier with the purchase. The people are friendly and helpful at Auto Expo of Huntington and I will definitely be purchasing from them again. (The wife wants a Wrangler. lol) Give them chance, you'll be glad you did.

I visited Huntington Auto Expo because of one of their cars I had seen online. I was looking for something for my 18yr old son. I didn't realize they specialized in Jeeps, which was great for me because the lot was packed with them. I met with Tucker, who was excellent homing-in on what I was looking for and then moving about the lot in a no-nonsense way showing me what was available. I appreciated Tucker's straight-forwardness and candor. I liked also that Auto Expo did all the work-- mechanical, body and detailing-- on premises. Ultimately, I worked with Don, the owner, to purchase one of the cars Tucker had shown me. Don was also straight forward and gave me basically everything I was looking for at a fair price that was very transparent-- no ridiculous add-on costs, etc. All was great and has been great so far! Had a great experience with Tucker and his team for purchasing an 04 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The team was nice and knowledgeable as they deal with a lot of Jeeps. Docking one star, since the website isn't up to date, so I'd recommend calling ahead on a specific model to see if it's there before going. Otherwise had a great buying experience, as I purchased from out of state and the car got inspected just fine in my state.
They do offer a 30 Day warranty on the vehicle, when purchasing. I haven't had any issues with mine so far so good!
