I've known Rotem for that many years now and when I injured my back and couldn't walk because of severe sciatica she worked with me one on on and helped to fast track my recovery by connecting my mind and my body together through stretches and movements. Very knowledgeable about body mechanics. My range of motion has improved dramatically and today I'm happy to say I'm pain free down the leg. I wouldn't have got to this point without her help. Highly recommended if you're in pain.

Rotem is a person that you cannot express with words.
She is super professional, gentle, kind, creative and so much more. I have taken few of Rotem's "movement" classes and had a couple of somatic treatments. After every session I felt as if I came out of a body-soul massage :)
The Balansa studio is cozy and warm. When I got in, I immediately felt like I want to stay or come again back.
I highly command Rotem and all she has to offer.

Rotem is knowledgable and very thorough and sensitive to nuances, all making her an incredible therapist to work on your movement, strength and flexibility issues with. I highly recommend giving her and the Balansa method a try!
