Body Boost

I love this boutique gym, it offers a variety of classes, including a few I tried are bounce, power, sculpt, and barre. I have been really enjoying the classes! The instructors are very knowledgeable and motivating, and the classes are a great way to get a full-body workout.

The bounce class is a fun and challenging way to get a cardio workout. The instructor uses mini trampolines to help you burn calories and sculpt your muscles. The sculpt class is a great way to build strength and tone your muscles. The instructor uses a variety of weights and exercises to challenge all levels of fitness. The power class is a high-intensity interval training class that is designed to get your heart rate up and burn calories. The barre class is a great way to improve your core strength and balance. The instructor uses a variety of exercises that target the core muscles.

I have been really happy with my experience. The classes are great, the instructors are awesome, and the atmosphere is motivating. I would definitely recommend!

Eden is simply amazing!! I’ve been practicing with her for 2 months on the barre level II and yoga flow classes, the body pain from sitting too long at work was reduced a lot! The studio is so nicely decorated and clean, love love Eden and this lovely studio!! Wish they could have some evening classes in the middle of the week!

If you want to treat your body as well as your soul, then body boost is your spot!! Amazing instructors (especially Eden who is a force of nature) , a verity of classes that are super challenging yet also really fun and the studio itself is clean, spacious and jam packed with good vibes! This place actually makes me WANT to work out (which is an entirely new concept for me). I highly highly recommend!!!
