We Pilates

Seriously the best! Take class with Nirit, you will not regret it. She is super knowledgeable, truly a great teacher. My body always knows when i have taken a great class I have never walked out of class with her not feeling way better than i did when i walked in. You can see and feel how much she loves Pilates and cares for her students.

Knowledgable, Smart and passionate, my favorite classes were always led by Nirit! I cannot wait to get back into one of her classes.

I started doing Pilates twice a week almost 3 years ago, but then realized I want to do it more and advanced to at least 5 days a week. I never wanted to miss my Monday and Friday classes with Nirit. My love for Pilates got to another level when I met her. She has a very unique approach to Pilates that really focus on technique and safety during class. Makes corrections during that might challenge your body. Her energy is feminine and calm yet uplifting and her classes are hard but not impossible. Love her classes!

Once you take a class with Nirit you will fall in love. She is patient with the learning experience. Every class is like a new class. There is so much to learn and love, Nirit makes it so easy and fun. Safety is her first concern so she always makes sure your body is positioned properly by demonstrating or moving your body. You can tell by watching and listening to the way she teaches she loves Pilates. Which makes her an incredible instructor.

I absolutely LOVE taking Pilates with Nirit. Her guidance is exceptional - she provides clear and detailed instructions that are easy to follow. The setting is so serene and I am so grateful for the positive impact Pilates has brought to my body. I've been able to safely tone my body and even relieve my lower back pain.

Every class is a new and an exciting challenge, and I always feel amazing after each session. I can't recommend her enough - if you're looking for a Pilates instructor who will push you to your limits and help you achieve your fitness goals, Nirit is the one to choose.
