I want to begin by stating that Luz is an outstanding trainer. Luz always finds a way to make a special connection with her customers which in reality i wouldn’t think she considers this a business but rather part of her family. She has that type of special connection with us. Over all you will always have a amazing experience with the one & only Luz.

Luz is an amazing trainer! She encourages you just right without sugarcoating anything, and in just a few weeks, with constant training, you’ll get results. If you want to get fit and healthy, this is the place to go.

I want to start off by saying Luz is an INCREDIBLE trainer. It was because of her and her diet and exercise program that I was able to drop (and maintain) a nearly 20lb weight loss. She walked me through every step of the process, she held me accountable, she checked in daily, and she really pushed me past a limit I wasn’t even sure I had. She is an amazing trainer. Working out with her is indescribable because she doesn’t take no for an answer. She’ll work with your injuries and everything. On top of it all, she has a bubbly personality that makes a 6 am workout fun and enjoyable.

Absolutely fantastic staff. If you want result, every lasting results, this is the place to come. They’re so insightful and do it for the love of fitness, not for money. It’s definitely a family support environment. 100% recommend.

Positive communication, professionalism and quality is what I this gym is.. Basil is respectful and extremely knowledgeable. The program he runs is GREAT.. I’ve just started and I’m seeing rapid changes in my body. This program helps you get better everyday. I recommend anyone to come join because you will be satisfied.
