(July 10, 2023, 2:56 pm)Went here on a whim after doing a quick google search on yoga studios near me. I’m so glad I found this place! My first class was with Cindy who was attentive and super friendly, and I bought a class card shortly afterwards. I also took a class with Elvis who is excellent as well. A great communal vibe here and all the instructors so far have been pleasant, well-skilled, observant, and easy to learn from. This is a gem of a studio.

It is properly heated for Bikram yoga.
My first class at this studio, taught by Cindy, could not come more recommended.
She is an excellent instructor.
It was the best class I’ve had in a long time. Excited to return. -

The instructors are skilled and accommodating, and there is welcoming, communal vibe whenever you go. I love that you get a really good workout while being mindful and letting go of stress. Whether you're a newbie or experienced, I recommend that you check it out! And don't be afraid of the sweat!

While on a quest for hot yoga, I visited other studios... when I called Hot Yoga Journeys, Genevieve was so sincerely welcoming and when I got there, OMGOODNESS, the amazing energy and warm people sealed the deal! They are attentive to every important detail— area rugs on the floor in the rest rooms (no cold feet while using the facilities); towels; storage for mats (don’t have to bring your mat to class as it remains there and they sanitize and store it for the next time you come to class); when booking online, they set out your mat for the class you booked, and they even provide lockers and LOCKS with key!!! I am amazed and absolutely love it there! Thank you, Namaste!
