My grandparents regularly use this transportation service (I’m their primary care taker) so I’m always there to see them off. Their usual driver is John, which is maybe a coincidence because I know the drivers are randomly chosen. He is very professional, respectful and treats them with the upmost care. I decided to write this review because my grandma recently passed and today John transported my granddad. He was very concerned and gave him conversation which he needed. He listened to him and was genuinely concerned. This type of service with people who genuinely care and go above and beyond to ensure comfort is in fact rare. Thank you John.
