(August 17, 2022, 3:28 pm)My experience at Beltone has always been without any issues. I am greeted when I come in and notified if there will be a little wait due to a customer being serviced. This I appreciate because in most places they just leave you out in the waiting room and if no Receptionist there then you have no idea if your presence is noted! The Hearing Expert is Professional throughout the whole visit and pleasant along with helpful with offering advice…..no question is not important. I am very pleased and satisfied with my choice of using BELTONE and highly recommend their services!

(August 15, 2020, 6:22 pm)Took our mom to the Franklin Square Beltone Office and we couldn't be happier with our choice. They were all very friendly, helpful, and professional. Within a week she got her new rechargeable hearing aids and she's very happy with them - we are too! We don't have to yell anymore! Lol. ... Anyway, we would highly recommend them.
