Maria was absolutely amazing. She took the time to listen and answer any questions I had. She came to the house the same day to examine my daughter's and myself. I would definitely recommend this place because it helped me and my daughter a lot! I’m glad that I went to her and picked this place to go to . After our first visit she took out all our lice carefully and checked out our hair slowly and then Maria gave me a list of things what to follow and it helped me a lot. She is such a wonderful and nice person. She always sends text messages asking how is everything and if I ever need anything I can let her know. She will definitely follow up and if you have any questions she will get back to you! There was also another worker there whose name is Annie and she was very helpful and nice to. They both were patient and did a great job. The prices are reasonable as well. It’s a clean and neat place! If anyone has any lice problem definitely go here!

Bergen Lice Removal is amazing! Maria (owner) responds quickly to the stressful situation with care, understanding, and professionalism. She turns what could be an extremely stressful situation into a pleasant experience. The prices are beyond reasonable as she not only treats the lice, she genuinely cares and provides support even after treatment. They are very thorough, and you will leave their treatment center lice free. I highly recommend their service and consider it the best!

I live in Central NJ and decided to call Bergen Lice Removal because I heard they were the best. Bergen Lice Removal responded quickly and was very thorough with the process. They were extremely knowledgable, kind and patient. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and explained the home maintenance instructions in great detail which is why I rated them 5 stars.

My 8 y.o. daughter is staying with her grandparents for the summer in NJ and last Saturday, I received a dreaded phone call from my dad, "Your daughter has head lice!"

Unable to take care of the situation physically myself and trusting only my own research (reading online reviews from multiple sources and calling most if not all available lice removal services in/around Bergen county for rates and to get a feel of how they answer their calls/my inquiries), I'm extremely glad that I trusted my instinct and decided to go with BLR (Bergen Lice Removal).

Maria, who is also the owner, is by far one of the most genuinely caring, understanding, patient and professional individual I have ever encountered in my entire adult life. From my initial inquiry call (her soothing tone) to my few follow up calls after my daughter's visit, she put me so at ease by understanding my situation, informing me on the details of my daughter's treatment and the necessary follow-up to-do's. I checked my phone record, +/- 50 minutes of total phone time, not a second did I feel Maria was rushing through it all, nor did I feel I was an annoyance for my many questions and uncertainty. My mom and daughter did mention how clean and private the location is and how nice Maria treated them.

Also, I called about 7 different lice removal services, pricing wise, BLR is the most reasonable one, which I'm quite sure is a major, if not the deciding factor for most consumers. But, the deciding factor on that day personally, was Maria's phone etiquette and the few initial Q&A's between us. I did mention this to Maria, one company (it'll remain nameless here) I called, started with "This call may be recorded for quality.....", so yes, it's one of the few nationwide, I guess "big-playa" of the lice removal industry some might say. I was greeted with a "Hello" and as soon as I responded with a few "Hello?"s, I realized that the rep. was finishing up a burger order she was placing with someone in the background without telling me or putting me on hold... smh!

This is a long and detailed review, but I feel like and I want to shine a spotlight on BLR and especially Maria, for her outstanding customer service and her professionalism. So, Thank you very much Maria, for turning a stressful and unwanted process into a painless and manageable one. Those "big-playas" have got nothing on you, in fact, they should learn from you!!!
