Jason Siegel was so helpful through this annoying car shopping process and went over and above to make it as easy for me as possible. He was upfront with me from the very beginning. He had knowledge of not only the vehicles at his dealership, but other vehicles that I was looking at as well. He helped me compare and find what I was looking for. He sent me the information I needed, gave me the options and then let me make the decision on my own, without hounding me like other salesman elsewhere. Once I decided on my Chevy Trailblazer, Jason made every part of the process as easy as possible for me. He made all the necessary phone calls, and even personally returned my old car to my leasing company.

Jimmy was amazing! He listened to what i needed he was patient and showed me inventory that matched my ask. He actually found me my dream car and it was due to his great sales abilities of listening to the customer and being open to suggestions and he made excellent recommendations. I was shopping for a new pickup truck for months. I visited at least 10 dealerships in the area for all different brands. I walked into Bical on Tuesday and met Jason Siegel. Unlike many salespeople I met, he was a total pro. He was knowledgeable. He knew every detail and feature of the trucks he showed me. He was personable and easy to work with. And lastly, neither he nor the sales manager hit me with the "hard sell", which makes me walk right out of a dealership. Today is Thursday and I picked up my new GMC Sierra. Jason and the team delivered on their promises. There were no unpleasant surprises. I most likely will be purchasing from them again and would recommend this dealership to others.

Just picked up a brand new 2023 Chevy Bolt EV. Best car experience I have had to date. Dealership is beautiful and my salesman Shayan made this process a joy. He was super responsive, had all my paperwork sorted ahead of time, and got me in and out faster than a trip to the grocery store. :) Highly recommended!
