I went in yesterday to look for a new wheel for my bike cause mine broke out on the trail and the women and gentlemen that work there are super friendly and very knowledgeable about bikes, they explained the only kind of wheel they had is expensive and they can order me one and it would take a day or two to get in that would be stronger then what I broke but cheaper then the one they have their. I will definitely be back to bring my bike in for servicing when needed

Honest , caring , informative, helpful, knowledgeable, overall genuine gentleman. Really would love to thank him an infinite amount times. I can’t thank this guy enough. He knows a ton of information about bicycling. Also he assisted with other components and accessories for the bicycle. Many thanks to him ! Superior customer service and satisfaction
