(December 27, 2012, 3:08 pm)This is a very high-end butcher, the sort that I suspect deals with as many personal chefs as it does with gourmets who do their own cooking. Get the price before you order from them. I ended up paying $175 for a goose that wasn't much better than the $45 goose I'd bought elsewhere a year before.
