(June 4, 2021, 9:37 am)I go to them every week to drop off my work shirts and they do an AMAZING job. I have been going here for a year now. A pen exploded on my shirt and the got all the ink no problem and the shirt looks brand new!!!! I highly recommend to drop off any clothing here.

(September 6, 2017, 8:07 pm)I live in Locust Valley and i frankly do not agree with the past reviewers. i've been a customer with Black Tie for the past 11 years and i have yet to experience any problem with them. I have my clothes picked up from a gentlemen named Jim every friday and the lady that works in the front has always been kind to let me know what my bill amount is and when it will be delivered. I also would like to note that the couturier that does my Alteration needs is quite the professional and has been very kind and honest. she has provided me with the utmost customary care and has also provided minor work free of charge.
Black Tie will continue to have my business and i thank them for their honest work.
