There are few tradesmen out there with the customer service and industry know-how that Bob brings to the table. I've had several emergencies for which -- EVERY TIME -- Bob was responsive and came to check the problem almost immediately. He has repaired burst pipes, a boiler problem, an old water heater and then a subsequent replacement water heater (loved that he tried to salvage the old unit but stopped short of executing expensive repairs and determined that it was beyond repair).
I ave used Bob's Plumbing for many years. And once again he was prompt and did a wonderful repair at a very reasonable price. I wauld recommend to everyone.
