Keith came recommended to us, and within 5 minutes of talking to him, I felt at ease. Keith helped us navigate a challenging situation with the town and it couldn't have gone smoother. As first time, nervous homeowners he really made us feel so comfortable with the situation we were in. He explained everything from start to finish, handled everything as promised and kept us informed every step of the way. He's professional, kind, reliable and genuine.
