Brighton Beach

I enjoy my time at Brighton. It is clean and calm. There is plenty of space to set up near the beach but if you want privacy you can set it up further back. There are restrooms you can use to change. People go by selling drinks and ice cream. The water was refreshing on a hot sunny day.

The beach is chill and casual. One hour or less from most parts of Manhattan, which is closer than Rockaway, or Long Beach. The bathrooms are OK, on a busy day, they can be pretty bad. The boards on the boardwalk and very old and often uneven, be careful!

Well it was a dream which came true. It is one of the most beautiful beach in the world. SPECIAL..............there is a WOOD WALK TRACK alongside the beach which makes it special mad different from all others. People around here come here, have fun here, walk on wood walk track and enjoy a lot. Highly recommended for visit. I love it.

A very popular place for walking in the cool season and for a beach holiday in the hot season. The wooden embankment is so wide that there is enough space for pedestrians, cyclists, people with children, people jogging and people with animals. Along the promenade on one side there is a beach, and on the other there is an amusement park, shops with food and souvenirs. There is also enough space on the beach, but this place attracts all of Brooklyn in the summer, so it is often very crowded here. Getting there is also convenient, close to metro and buses. There is also a small but very beautiful aquarium nearby. The area around is very well ennobled - there are drinking fountains, showers, first aid stations, toilets and all kinds of playgrounds. But in the evening, due to the large number of people, it becomes very dirty, a lot of garbage.

Really a fan of Brighton Beach compared to any others in the city. I've been to Rockaway and Coney Island, but Brighton has a charm quite different from the others. It's usually less busy than Coney Island during the summer and makes it easy to walk through the sand with pathways. There's also always vendors selling something to eat or drink which is really nice. I do think it is a bit cleaner than Coney Island as well as it is less populated. The walk from the train isn't too bad, probably around 10 minutes. There's some restaurants on the walkway, but a lot of places to find food right below the train as well. People are also really friendly here so just sitting you can always find someone to talk to. Love Brighton Beach
