Either way, I went to this particular location for an in person browse and pickup. The owner, Naomi McCoy, was not there. However, I was still given the chance to get excellent customer service on the phone to her direct line. I described the product I wanted and sent her the online transaction confirmation after I paid online. It's a small and humble black business, what are the other one stars for? I can personally speak for myself and say that I had a good experience, she had a nice selection of flower, and we need more shops like this in our neighborhood.

(May 11, 2021, 9:17 pm)Just discovered this flower shop a few weeks ago and I HIGHLY recommend. They have the most beautiful and fresh flower assortment I have ever seen in my life. And the cost is very very affordable. Especially for being in nyc. Some of their boutiques would run you around $200 anywhere else in nyc. I got this beautiful bouquet yesterday for mother's day for my mom. It took a little while but it's understandable mothers day is one of the busiest days of the year. But on the slower days they are very friendly and attentive. Will be purchasing again.
