Great customer service. They were checking coolant leaking and ac working for me. AC works great they explained what happened when was not working and what might be problem in the future with it. Radiator coolant leaking was not 100 % determined yet because of luck of evidence. However it was checked for holding pressure and all is good. I very strongly recommend those professionals.

Took my VW Jetta here after the dealership quoted me $12,000 for repairs. It was a last ditch effort as it seemed like my only option was to total the car. In less than a week, Bruno’s finished the repairs for a quarter of the price, and were very clear about concerns and costs. Will definitely be taking it here for service in the future.

I got my Audi Q7 serviced at 55K at Bruno's for a reasonable price. Not only the service was great but Tom went above and beyond to accommodate my last minute inspection request. They also helped me identify and rectify an issue on a separate visit without even charging anything.

Being so good at their job and still maintaining a humble demeanor is a rarity in this business, especially in Queens 👏. They are my number one choice for repairs and service even though I have to travel 30+ minutes one-way. Highly recommend for Audi 👍

Amazing people, had an issue with my recently bought used Audi Q7 and other local mechanics didnt know to find the issue or diagnose it for me, these guys knew what was the issue as soon as i started talking about it and they spend quality time about educating me on the matter too, if you ever need an audi or vw repaired this is the place!
