Building and Land Technology

I've been living in Escape for almost a year - while office management leaves a lot to be desired in terms of responsiveness I have found most of the staff to be great.

Specifically I'd like to give a shout out to Cesar who works in building maintenance. Cesar has always responded to our service tickets in timely manner and has gone above and beyond to make sure the fixes were done correctly. He always has a smile on his face and is very kind to my family when we bump into him around the building. We need more people like him that care about tenants and work hard! Thank you Cesar.

This review is for the maintenance worker Abanto. He is very professional and completes every task at hand to our satisfaction. We will love to continue to have him service our maintenance needs. This organization should be happy to have him. Best Maintenence worker BLT ever had.This review is not for the company BLT because they are horrible, liars.

We love living here at Allure! Anytime we have an issue the management is always very responsive. The Maintenance team is always very efficient, Abanto and David are an awesome team and they continue to give us the best service if and when we need. Thank you!

I live in the Opus, the best of the best of Harbor Point. And the best places attract great people. One of the reasons why the Opus has it's reputation is because of leadership like Marjorie. She treats the building as her own and she is never satisfied until everything is perfect. She has the highest of standards which makes her perfect for the BLT company and particularly for the Opus. Marjorie is always smiling, making every day at this beautiful place even better, adding little touches that aren't always seen but are very much felt.

My experience at Opus has been nothing but fantastic. I absolutely love the amenities, the tenants are friendly, the place is always clean and maintenance is never an issue as whenever there is a problem the maintenance guys are on it right away.

What really makes Opus a great place to live is the staff who are so friendly and Marjorie is my absolute fav! She is always smiling and welcoming and ready to help with anything at all. Marjorie has made my time at Opus very special and management should really take notice of the passion and commitment this young lady has in prioritizing tenants needs and well being.

Overall if you are considering living at Opus I highly recommend it!!
