Always a fan of the little guy making it on his own and this is a good example of that. Carlos worked for many years under a big transmission shop and after they went out of business, he and his son made a go of it on their own. I brought him a challenging job, with unexpected surprises and, although I had to make two trips, he got the job done and stayed true to his quote.
It's a small shop and he's got cars lined up waiting but if you're not in a hurry, he's an honest business man and gets the job done.

My clutch gave out just before the GWB at rush hour. Carlos, who despite about to close shop for the day, waited for me to come in. I had a great conversation with him and found out that he's an Army Veteran. I got an accurate estimate and a very reasonable price on the work.

Carlos is the consummate professional. I had the chance to inspect the car when I got home and everything was put back together cleanly. I'm a shade-tree mechanic and I very much appreciated the quality of his work.

The shop doesn't look like a luxurious, big box, kind of store, but don't let that fool you. This man knows his stuff. I was watching him work while I waited for him to finish up what he was working on and it was like he was playing the piano.. Just hitting all the keys right. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend Carlos fixing ur transmission especially during these times with the inflated used car prices. Carlos and his team are well worth the money. He'll give u a one year warranty if anything goes wrong after the work is done but trust me u won't even need it.

This place is very easy to do business with. The pricing is very very economical, and Carlos knows exactly what he’s doing and he does it right the first time around.
