Where to begin with Chris. After our wedding in February 2023 my wife, my son and I began looking to move out of an apartment into a home to continue growing ours family. We had zero real estate experience and not a clue where to start. Chris came highly recommended from many of our friends so we gave him a call. He explained the process in detail for first time home buyers, explained the resources we’d need as for as obtaining a mortgage and hiring attorney while offering a stable of reliable colleagues, and answered every question we had with a smile on his face while encouraging us to sit with other agents before we made a decision on who to use (which of course we didn’t need to). From Day One, Chris answered every phone call, every text message, attended EVERY open house my wife and I went to. He was beyond accommodating, never allowed us to feel like we were “wasting his time” by assuring us every single house we went to see had value and added valuable experience to our decision making ability. We were never rushed, pushed, or otherwise felt stressed at any point. Chris’ recommendations for our mortgage broker, attorney, and inspector we’re TREMENDOUS, each more professional, kind, and patient than the last. Chris and his team are beyond supportive and attentive throughout our entire journey which led us to a home we were able to get an accepted offer on and go through the closing process in 6 weeks with zero hang ups. I cannot emphasize enough what a pleasure the entire experience was with Chris and how well taken care of we were. I will never go to anyone else for any of my real estate needs and will recommend Chris to my loved ones and friends for any real estate transaction going forward. Chris took a process that seemed daunting and near impossible for a family who did not know where to start and guided us through. We could not be happier.
