The place is very old school. They write everything down for their records but they do have a computer to print out the tickets for the items and such. They also accept card payments.
I’ve never had trouble with any of my items I’ve dropped off. I’ve used their dry cleaning services and tailoring services as well. They’re very thorough with alterations as long as you are clear about how you would like your garments to be fitted.
The previous comments that mock the fact that most of the staff doesn’t speak English are really disgusting. I’ve only spoken to the staff in English and they have always responded in English. I never had trouble communicating with anyone there. Have patience, speak clearly, and reassure that both you and the other person have a clear understanding of what you need.
