I have taken multiple classes with various teachers and can truly say that everybody and every body can surely find a class that is suitable to their needs. The teachers are knowledgeable and teach with skill, compassion and humor.

(January 19, 2020, 8:57 pm)The studio is actually located inside a gym facility (Sports set), which can make it pretty challenging to find for the first timers.
I attended one yoga class here and it was really good (I do Yoga all the time so I can tell a good class from the not so good one!)
I have been using various yoga studios around the place and loved this place so much that instantly checked for a membership.
I have enrolled myself for a membershio (starting soon) and can't wait to get started!
I have seen the gym section and the facility looks really nice. I really am going to be using this place mostly for Yoga but having the add-on services might come handy.
Very pleased so far!
