Craftsman Roofing and Masonry

I had very high hopes for this company. I found this company on yelp. It had decent reviews so I gave them a shot. Jonathan (who is one of the owners) is whom I dealt with throughout this job. I hired this company to put a concrete curb underneath a vinyl fence I have in the backyard to block out any rodents. The estimate was about 30% higher than the other two estimates I received. I chose this company due to the professionalism Jonathan was displaying when I initially had him over to look at the scope of the project. Overall he job was done okay. HOWEVER….The workers left a bunch of stuff in my backyard (12’ 2x4’s, and about 20 cinderblocks) that Jonathan said they will remove everything when they come back to inspect the job they did a few days later. In addition, he said if there was anything I was unhappy about, he would repair it at that time. Long story short, Jonathan waisted my time in having me wait around for him 3 separate times he said he would be coming over to take everything and never showed up and never called to let me know he has to postpone finishing the job. He even sent me another message recently saying he will be over Saturday to take everything out of my yard. Then guess what….HE NEVER SHOWED UP!

Jonathon runs an excellent service for homeowners through Craftsman Roofing & Masonry.They repaired our Chimney, dug down to the foundation of our home to waterproof it, and afterwards laid concrete where necessary. This was all done quickly and efficiently by
expert workers. Jonathon updated us regularly and made sure that we were happy with the work done at every step of the way. We were most impressed by not only the excellent work done - but with the meticulous documentation of the work, and great clean up at the end of the project. We just had a big rain storm, and for the first time in 15 years, our basement was dry as a bone. Thank you Craftsman Roofing & Masonry!
