The optician did over my eye test which helped me with with getting my contacts covered by my insurance. The representative was very patient with me in making the right decisions to fit my budget. I felt he really appreciated my business. Almost certain his name is Mr Griffith. Very kind, polite and respectful

(March 28, 2023, 8:52 am)The staff here are very professional. No one rushes you while choosing your frames. The prices are affordable, especially if you have insurance. The frames available for insurance don't look like they were free(lol). Good eye exam also.

She checked my insurance and gave a detailed explanation of what my insurance covers. She also helped me pick out a frame similar to the ones I had before. She offered to squeeze in my husband and kids as well. 10/10 Great customer service.
