Eve runs the place with kindness and grace and it’s the only auto shop I’ve been to where I feel they are not trying to take advantage of their customers at any time. When I started going I treated it like any other mechanic and had my dad call for me so that I didn’t get scammed. Now I know better, Eve remembers and always asks about my family and never takes advantage. They are knowledgeable and quicker than anywhere I’ve ever been. I wish them so much success.

Was recommended to them by a good friend and only trusts them with their cars and now I feel the same way. A+ service

(September 20, 2022, 6:26 pm)I have been coming to Derick's for so many years. Eve is now running the business and is doing a great job. She has gotten certified and knows what she is talking about. Lance is a Master Mechanic par excellence. As a woman taking my car in for service, I am never "talked down to". The great thing is that both Lance and Eve know your safety is in their hands. They will tell me what needs to be done and what time frame I need to plan to have it done. This way we can prevent problems from happening.
