Dr. Gotesman took me in on the same day, expert diagnosis, treatment and prognosis. I am really grateful that he took me in so quickly and I definitely recommend Dr. Gotesman and would use him again if it were necessary. He did everything very fast while listening to my questions and explaining all that was necessary
My appointment with Dr Gotesman was very good.
Reception was a problem. Waited for a long time and only found out what the problem was , when after 15 minutes , I asked . Computer was down . They should have informed the 6 people that were waiting to check in .
I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment but wasn’t able to check in until 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment.
It would have been nice to know what the hold up was about.
