Professional stuff, clean and friendly. I had to travel, and i asked them to carry my teeth before i travel if its possible, because the appointments they take one week or two weeks before, but they called me and asked me to come within an hour so they can carry of my teeth, now i can travel 🇺🇿 no worries.
And also, you dont feel any pains, very experienced doctor!

I had no reservations about taking my children to her since they were very young. She is very gentle and patient and the procedures are always painless. Her staff is always kind and welcoming!

I have been a patient of Dr. Safonova for many years. I've always been nervous of going to the dentist since I was a kid but not anymore!! Dr. Safonova is a wonderful, gentle and patient doctor. She is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of dentistry and always walks you through the process and takes her time to make sure the procedure is painless and smooth. I’ve been going to Natalya Safonova’s dental office for almost 13 years now and I have to say that this is the best dental office in all of Brooklyn, hands down. Doctor Safonova is absolutely knowledgeable about keeping my teeth nice and healthy. I’ve never had a negative experience in her office - everyone is so kind, warm and understanding. As soon as you walk everyone in the front is so welcoming and warm. The hygienist also knows what she’s doing - she’s very knowledgeable about dental health.
If you have an emergency problem with your teeth, you can call the office and they will make you an appointment, so you don’t have to wait and struggle with your tooth ache.
For as long as I live in Brooklyn, I could never look elsewhere. Highly recommend to anyone who is serious about their dental and overall health!
