D's Westside Automotive has been exceptional with their service. I was in a car accident, they towed my car, offered me a rental and repaired my car as confirmed on schedule during the busy holiday season. I live in CT and was a bit apprehensive of getting the car repaired in the Bronx. However, they truly went above and beyond, even delivering the car to my residence. The car is running great and I have not had any issues, the body was restored to its original state. I am very appreciative of what they have done for me during a very stressful time. All I have is positive feedback.

I wholeheartedly recommend this business and it's team (Angel, Danny, and Jamie)! My car came back running and looking better than new and everyone was truly a pleasure to work with. After my car was vandalized, D's Automotive replaced my tires, wheels, and repaired body work that had been damaged. They fully detailed my car before returning it to me. They also provided my insurance company with all of the information they needed and were timely and responsive to ensure everything moved as quickly as possible. Thank you!

Well, me tell you my experience in this shop! Danny is a man of he’s word. He told me three weeks and he took 31 to be exactly. Even though we are in a shortage of part he and he’s crews came through on time. The car came out like he never was in a car crash. I recommend to anyone that need a car done this is the spot. I’m going to take my motorcycle to be done there.

I brought my 2015 performance pack limited edition 5.0 GT after a hit and run in NYC and wow did they do a fantastic job. Everyone, including me, has doubts regarding mechanics but let me assure you, there’s nothing to worry about at this shop. The only issue I had at first was how long it took to repair my vehicle’s cosmetics and suspension. I would constantly call the shop because of my growing anxiety that I would be screwed over somehow given the timeframe which it took to fix the vehicle. But I had nothing to worry about. If the repair date fluctuates, trust and believe it’s nothing sketchy, Danny would rather take his time to make sure the job is done RIGHT rather than rush it on a timeframe he might’ve given you. After getting my car back it drives like brand new! The suspension is even tighter than it was before! They took a few weeks longer to fix it, but that was only because Danny wanted to assure a GOOD and PROPER job was done… which it was. 5 stars goes out to these hard workers and “Jose” over at D’s West Side Auto and an apology on my behalf for bothering them to rush the repairs on my vehicle. Boy am I glad Danny did not risk a job well done over a quick flawed job. Moreover, they helped get me in ways mechanics normally wouldn’t. I HIGHLY recommend this place and strongly recommend you deal on THEIR time because I assure you they will do their job RIGHT. Better than “right” in fact I’d say they did it perfectly! I look forward to bringing my business there!

P.S. The after picture was taken after a heavy snowstorm so there’s a little bit of icing on the vehicle. Danny did have my car detailed the day it was done so ignore the ice

My name is Kirk at first I was skeptical about this company because it was my first choice and I took it and then I saw the reviews, but my 2016 MAZDA6 was destroyed on the side and Danny and the guys at The shop made it look extra new. They fixed my car and even did a little extra detailing. They helped me with rentals and also made sure all my parts was parts from the cars manufacture I was very happy with their work at the end and I never knew these guys but they treated me like a friend .💯
