I was driving my child to his doctor's appointment when I had a tire explosion on a rainy day. I called my insurance company for towing my vehicle and the estimated wait time was three hours. My child was frustrated and I was distressed when a good Samaritan pulled his car over to offer his assistance. He was empathetic and patiently address my concerns. I expressed my frustration about the wait time for the towing service and he disclosed that his family owns Bronx Blvd Automotive and will call them for the towing and repair service if I was interested. The towing service person arrived to the scene within 30 minutes and was very friendly, professional and empathetic. My husband advised me to let them tow it to his mechanic for repair and he complied with the request. I paid in cash and forgot to obtain a receipt for my record. I went there with my husband the next day to request a receipt for the service when I learned that my insurance company has offered to refund my money for the towing service. They gladly issue a receipt promptly with no questions asked. I am very pleased with their service and highly recommend Bronx Blvd towing service for anyone who need prompt towing service.

Friendly, Prompt and Professional. Awesome experience working with Teddy. After an accident on the George Washington bridge, living out of state, we needed our van towed and to be able to handle arrangements for storage and scheduling an evaluation by the insurance adjuster over the phone - including ultimately getting our plates returned by mail after the vehicle was salvaged.
