(January 8, 2020, 4:56 pm)Last week ECM came for their annual A/C free maintenance check. After further review by the technician it was determined that based on the age (14 years) that our system should be replace with a more efficient unit. Logan recommended a Lennox unit. After further discussion and reviews we decided that a new unit was the way to go. ECM's pricing and guarantees were well worth the investment The installation took about six hours. The workers were very knowledgeable and neat. Very happy with their work ethics.

It was installed in one day as promised. The installers were knowledgeable, efficient, professional and left the work site clean. We were informed how to keep the unit running efficiently. All our questions were answered.
My family has had an ECM contract for many years. Whenever a repair was needed, appointments were made according to our availability.
