"WHATEVER SIR!" she says to me when I called to make an order. "The Hero cheese sandwich doesn't come with a side salad".
I am like, what do you mean? I have been coming here for a month and I have spent an average of $30 a day and always order the same hero cheese sandwich which always comes with a small side salad.
"WHATEVER SIR" and not letting me speak, this is the rude attitude of some of the people that work there.
Then she asks around and even when I got there, I recognized the gentleman that's always there (great worker and very nice), and I guess now, no more side salad with the hero cheese sandwich.
Not a big deal, but disappointed because it's these small touches that can keep a customer coming.
$600 a month from me, and I am only 1 customer but because of 30-40 cents (side salad), I am not coming anymore.
I know $600 a month is gross profit but if your net is $400, would it be that bad?
Take 10, 100 more customers like me, and that's how you make a business profitable and successful.
No more side salad with the cheese sandwich, ultimately cost you $400 less a month in profit and a disappointed customer.
