(June 9, 2023, 2:29 pm)I went there today to get glasses for my daughter. Dr. Norris was very kind, patient, and thorough. Angelica explained everything insurance related in great detail. She also helped my daughter pick out glasses, and gave us lots of guidance and recommendations.

(January 26, 2023, 4:02 pm)This place is very friendly and fast. I literally been putting off getting a new pair of glasses, because if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. But the time finally came, both legs fell off. I went there today and the woman said that I can pick up my new pair tomorrow. Also they have great prices. And they give good advice.
But for real, I never been in and out somewhere so fast. And I didn’t even have an appointment.
Also great staff.

(January 25, 2023, 7:53 pm)I walked in at 7:22pm (closes at 7:30pm) to see if my nieces glasses could be fixed, broken on both sides. I was greeted by Timothy (mgr) who said that he loves to fix things, he said he will check it out. OMG, he was the only one able to fix the glasses and I tried several different places that night, he fixed them. Excellent excellent service!!! Thank you so much Timothy!

(January 24, 2022, 2:28 pm)I have been going here for over 15 years. I use to deal with Cliff, but he has since retired. Went their last year during this crazy pandemic and they were both patient and understanding. I have NEVER had any issues with them. Any time I went in for them to do an adjustment, even get a new case because mine got old, they always were happy to replace it and do whatever they needed to do to make me happy.
There are two eye glass stores in close proximity of each other and I would NEVER EVER go to the other. Too many reasons to list. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, I happen to love this place.
