(June 9, 2023, 5:36 pm)I stumbled upon Fabulous Optical in Co Op City by accident as I was shopping in the area and I am glad I did. After having a disastrous experience at with another optical brand location..I was over it. I walked into Fabulous Optical and was greeted by Jason who was AWESOME. He listened to me patiently as I went on a tangent about my experience with the other optical brand and said "Well, we are about to fix that." And they did. I brought in 3 pairs of frames..one pair even had lenses that needed to be cut down and transferred to another frame..and believe it or not I walked out with all of my glasses in LESS THAN AN HOUR! Jason was so sweet and kind..I feel like hes my old friend at this point haha! Needless to say Fabulous Optical will be my new spot! Thank you so much 😊
