(July 12, 2023, 7:42 pm)Fantastic. I'm Italian and it's very hard to find nice places that cook eggplant. I got the eggplant shakshuka and shared it with my mom, and it was some of the best food we've had. They made the gravy with red peppers just right, it's not acidic at all and tasted right. Also, fresh mozzarella in the gravy was tremendous.
Another place that does eggplant very well is Sofia's Pizza by Acme.
I'd say Sofia's Pizza and Falafel Place are the two best places to get eggplant in Yonkers. Amazing. -
