(April 13, 2023, 11:47 am)I had a fantastic experience with the help of Carlos Rebaza before, during and after my bathroom renovation. Carlos was an excellent salesperson. He was very patient and had my best interest in mind throughout the whole process. During the chaotic time of my renovation I thought some towel bars never arrived in the mail. Carlos refunded the amount to me. Later on I found out that the towel bars did arrive among the mess during our renovation. I contacted Carlos and told him that I would like to return the money that was refunded to me but he was kind enough to tell me don't worry about it. I would definitely patronize Ferguson's for any future renovations. If you visit Ferguson's in Greenvale, N.Y. be sure to ask for Carlos. You won't be disappointed!

Our consultant Stephanie took her time showing us options and pricing that really fit our style and budget. So glad we picked Ferguson as our go to.

Andrew walked us through the selection process for all of our plumbing fixtures as well as the big kitchen appliances. He was always quick to respond, communicated delivery dates, and helped us with the registration and warranty process. Andrew was a true professional during the entire process. I would highly recommend Andrew for any kitchen or bathroom renovation, big or small, that you may have!

We have been working with Stephanie & Kristen for the last several months & have been extremely pleased with the amount of professionalism & responsiveness. We have attached pics of our shower doors which were installed last week. They look amazing & we couldn’t be happier!
