(February 4, 2023, 9:05 pm)I ordered a chandelier for the dining room in our new house. It was received in great shape and I proceeded to assemble it. With 13 light globes, there was bound to be a problem. I was putting the last globe on and cross threaded the glass globe. It cracked and I was in deep trouble. I did the right thing and confessed to my wife that it was me and not the electricians. I then placed a call to Pasagard Home. I was blown away. Edward listened to my problem and assured me that he would take care of it. He got my information and shipped out 2 new globes (in case I messed up again) that afternoon. That was Thursday, today is Saturday and the globes have arrived. Customer service at its best. We still have more decorating left to do in the house and I know where we will go first. Thanks again Edward and Pasagard Home for a job WELL DONE!

And they did everything possible to get it delivered way ahead of schedule! Amazing company and top notch customer service! Edward was simply amazing. You can tell he cares about customer satisfaction with their products. Their products are high quality with fair pricing. Will definitely purchase from them again.
