First Step Physical Therapy

I've been to 3 physical therapy clinics before this and this is by far the best. My PT Kristen always gave me her full attention and was dedicated to making me better.

First Step PT is top notch. I go to the one in Melville. My daughter went for her back and then I went for my foot. The PTs are hands on, caring, knowledgeable and professional. I originally went to a place 5 minutes from here and it was like night and day. The other place I was assigned to a more senior therapist and never saw him again after the first two visits. Never updated my file or exercises. I was always seen by exercise therapists. Not here. You can see how they handle all their patients and they know their stuff and they work hard. You will get better with them.

The group at First Step is by far the best physical therapy team around. They are caring, knowledgeable and personally interested in your full rehabilitation. They challenge you to achieve maximum results with a personal therapy and exercise plan individualized to fit your injury. The office is clean and very organized with a full set of equipment to get you on your way to recovery. I highly recommend First Step to everyone that I know.

After a knee replacement and complications, I have been going to First Step Physical Therapy. All of the Physical Therapists are professional and are concerned. I see that each patient has their own individual program set for them. This is the first Physical Therapy Place, that I have been to where I am carefully monitored and my progress and goals has been charted. My surgeon is extremely pleased with the results from the Physical Therapy. I would highly recommend First Step Physical Therapy for anyone that needs physical therapy. When I need motivation to get through exercises or weight lifting, they provide the perfect amount of challenges and support to push you to the next level of your recovery. Through each injury I have improved my strength with alleviating pain associated with my injury.
