One month ago I started exercising with Diana as my trainer.
Not having exercised for a long time I was apprehensive but when I met and got to know, Diana I knew that she was the perfect coach for me.

She is professional yet kind, patient and understanding.
Her encouragement has given me the confidence that I needed to start this program. Her infectious optimism make exercise fun. She works hard to tailor her program to the client’s level, assists in setting realizable goals and when met makes getting to the next level achievable.

After one short month I am pleased with my progress and feel assured that with her continued training and encouragement I would continue getting good results and attain my goal. Over a very short period, my flexibly and strength has improved immeasurably. I am able to manipulate my body in a way that I could not do before.She has also been providing great advice on lifestyle modifications to make the exercising sustainable long term.

The personalized attention I receive, the actionable steps, and the accountability has truly been transformational. Diana works hard to tailor executable day-to-day steps despite busy life schedules. Susie provides weekly check ins w/ insightful guidance. Barb brings it all together with really fun and challenging exercise classes. More than just weight loss, working with the team has made me feel more empowered, efficient and happier.

Having been a member of Fit House NY for many years, the various plans have helped me lose and keep the weight off. The personalized coaching program that they offer has been life changing. It's the workouts, the accountability, the push that I needed to stay on track. It's not just a simple workout plan. The coaches are with you every step of the way, making suggestions, finding ways to make things work, asking you questions, making the needed adjustments. It's like having your own personal trainer but with the added bonus of being surrounded by great people. Diana came at such a perfect time in my life. Postpartum weight loss is not easy but she made it so. She went at a great pace, every few weeks advancing the program. I lost 35 lbs which took about 6 months. I really enjoy the classes which she attended with me when I started (other coaches are great too!) My mother also joined with me and lost over 30 lbs in even less time and looks amazing! Most importantly, she is a phenomenal motivator, always considering your professional and personal obstacles (mental health) which have everything to do with the weight loss! I’m a better person all around and I feel great!
