I feel like I've been missing out for years and now my training is designed especially for for me. Treat yourself to a personalized workout that will benefit exactly what you want.

(September 7, 2022, 6:55 pm)This is my first time with a trainer, and you can really tell Tommy loves what he does. I've learn that the way I've been working out has been incorrectly, and in the past I gave up quickly due to shoulder and knee issues. From the very beginning Tommy has been conscious of those injuries throughout the workout. He taught me proper form to target specific muscle groups, and adjusts the exercise depending on the feedback I give him. I wish I hadn't waited so long to invest in my health and be guided thru a workout. Very happy with the progress I've been making in such a short time.
