Fred's Chimney Magic

I made an appointment to have my dryer vent cleaned. I was called prior to my appointment with a 2 hour window of arrival. The morning of the appointment, they called to say the technicians were running early and asked if they could come in an hour, which was great! Rob and Harvey came to clean out my vent and did an excellent job. They were very nice, quick and efficient and cleaned up after themselves. I'd recommend Chimney Magic .

Chimney Magic has done my regular chimney cleaning, as well as other chimney maintenance jobs for many years. The technicians are invariably tidy, professional and kind. They always provide a thorough explanation of their work and findings. If additional work is suggested, they are never pushy. I highly recommend.

I know...it was just chimney cleaning...BUT, I have searched for someone to help maintain my woodturning stove. I have a healthy fear of fire and safety, and wanted my chimney inspected and cleaned by someone who took my concerns seriously. I used Yelp and found Fred's. I received a return call within hours, able to make an appointment for the next day. Alex and Will showed up, professional and courteous. They tackled the job with confidence. All areas that they worked were covered with drop cloths and they vacuumed all signs that they had just cleaned a very dirty chimney pipe. They left the area cleaner that when they started.
We were very pleased with the work, their approach and total results of the experience. I will be using Freds again...and highly recommend them to anyone seeking chimney assistance.
