We used Brett for 2 recent transactions (a sale and a purchase), and she was excellent. She always responded to my questions, even after hours. Often, I would find that she had resolved the question I was asking. For instance, when I inquired about certain offsets for the sale (e.g., property taxes), she replied that she had already researched local tax records to to ensure that I received credit at the closing. Simply put, she made the transactions go smoothly. She also worked seamlessly with my lender to precisely calculate closing costs. She and her team provided a complete set of pre- and post- closing documents for my records. Last, Brett has a friendly disposition and a positive attitude. I highly recommend Brett.
