After researching 5 places that break gloves in, we went with the Glove Whisperer. Mason was very helpful with the process. Glove came broken in about 90% and after a few rounds of catch and practices, the glove is now the main glove that I use. Highly recommend!

Great customer service and experience! We ordered my son a glove from the website as we had heard about it from a teammate. I ended up calling the company about shipping and was surprised that Mason, the founder, answers the phone. He checked into my shipping issue and called me back and continued to discuss the glove we chose for my son. He is extremely knowledgeable and had me call back with my son and went through fitting the correct glove. We ended up ordering a different glove (my son loves it) and the process of shipping back the first glove we ordered was extremely easy. We will be calling Mason for all future glove purchases!

I am very pleased to have found GloveWhisperer as I am not a baseball dad, but have a son who loves to play baseball. He made it on a local traveling team as a catcher. The very first issue that the coach had was that my sons glove was not broken in correctly; this upset me because we had paid over $200.00 for it from a local big box sports store who steamed it and claimed to have initiated the break in procedure. 1 season later and its not correct. I was frustrated and started searching the web to look for information as to how to correct the glove. I found the GloveWhisperer and called on a Saturday and to my surprise the phone was answered and I had a 40 minute conversation with Mason the owner. He was so helpful in guiding me through the process of whether or not he could correct my son's glove. It was mutually agreed that it could not be repaired and he then helped me determine what glove to purchase for my son. I had expected to pay several hundred dollars again for a correctly broken in glove; Mason actually talked me into much less expensive glove that would fit my son better for his age and skill set. To say the least I was very happy to have this discussion with Mason as it was the first no-condensending discussion regarding baseball gloves that I have ever had. By that I mean he was not snobby and did not expect me to buy a $300 plus glove for my son like the big box store did as a solution to the first glove purchased.

I waited to write this review as I wanted to see how differently my son caught with the mitt that I ordered from the GloveWhisperer at Mason's recommendation. I have to say he is a different player and really enjoyed catching with his new mitt. This confirms my son's coach and Mason's recommendations the most expensive is not the best in gloves; I can highly recommend the GloveWhisperer for their advice and correctly broken in gloves and plan to purchase more gloves as my son grows.
