The reception area, social workers, nutritionist, nurses, all were kind, professional, dedicated. And Opal, one of the nurses, was an absolute angel. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

(May 1, 2023, 3:16 pm)My wife and I have been in very highly rated acute care rehabs for hip and knee replacements in New York (Burke and Rusk). My wife is now at Grandell in Long Beach NY and , our experience there has been on par with these other world class rehabs.
Grandell Rehab facility has the same equipment, the therapists were highly competent and caring. The nurses and aides are equally caring ,very friendly and professional. The facility is very clean , modern and well run. We feel Grandell
is an excellent choice.if one is in need of a rehab facility. -

(December 17, 2022, 4:53 pm)The Grandell Rehabilitation and Nursing Home provided me with excellent care. The staff was very attentive. The wound care nurses Trish and Mimi were wonderful and provided me with five star care. The nursing staff Jen, Marino, Omar were wonderful and caring.The aides on the floor were friendly and caring. The physical therapy staff Gilbert and David were excellent. They worked diligently with me in regaining my strength and the ability to walk and climb stairs. Allowing me to return home with little to no assistance. I highly recommend this facility in need of their services.
