It begins with loving ourselves just the way we are, which is certainly something we all need to be reminded of from time to time. Embedded in the warmth and charm of this story is a powerful practice that can be promoted with your child using the clever teaching guide (a surprise bonus) at the end of the book. This book is way way more than a sweet story with beautiful illustrations. Its an important message for our children delivered in a most delicious way!

The reaction they receive from kids (and adults) is truly incredible and I could not endorse the two of them and any programs or products they may be offering more.
